Human Luxe Hair offers free worldwide shipping on eligible orders placed through humanluxehair.com.
We aim to provide clear, trackable, and reliable delivery for all customers. This policy explains our order cut-off time, fulfilment/handling time, estimated delivery windows, tracking, international shipping, customs information, and shipping responsibilities.
1. Shipping Cost
We offer free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.
If any paid shipping upgrade or special delivery option is offered at checkout, the cost will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day may begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Fulfilment / Handling Time
All orders are hand-inspected and processed before dispatch.
Our standard fulfilment/handling time is 1–3 business days.
Fulfilment/handling time is the time required to verify, inspect, prepare, quality-check, and package your order before it is handed to the delivery carrier.
Fulfilment/handling time is separate from delivery/transit time.
During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, fulfilment may take longer than usual.
4. Estimated Delivery Windows
Delivery/transit time starts after your order has been processed, fulfilled, and handed to the delivery carrier.

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs checks, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, local delivery disruption, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Business Days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
6. Shipping Carriers
Human Luxe Hair works with trusted delivery carriers and courier partners. The final carrier may vary depending on the delivery address, destination country, and the best available service for the order.
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, local postal services, or other reputable courier partners depending on the destination.
7. Tracking Information
All shipped orders are sent with tracking where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.
Human Luxe Hair is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, returned parcels, or additional carrier fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@humanluxehair.com.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
9. International Shipping, Taxes, Duties and Customs
We offer free worldwide shipping, but international orders may still be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local delivery fees once the parcel reaches the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price and are not included in the free shipping service. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may delay delivery. Human Luxe Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border checks, or local import procedures.
10. PO Boxes and Restricted Addresses
We may be unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, parcel lockers, military mailboxes, or restricted delivery locations.
Please provide a complete residential or business delivery address at checkout.
11. Carrier Delays and Delivered Parcels
Shipping times may be extended due to weather, carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, natural disasters, strikes, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered, Human Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
If your parcel shows as delivered but has not been received, please check with your household, neighbours, building reception, mailroom, or local carrier first.
12. Signature Delivery
Some packages may require a signature on delivery depending on the order value, destination, or carrier requirements.
